The Indian government has once again lashed out at Chinese apps. The government has once again caught the trick of China and about 54 mobile apps have been banned. According to information received from sources in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the government has taken this decision. Let us tell you that from the year 2020 till now, the Government of India has banned more than 270 Chinese apps. The Indian government has continuously put a digital strike on Chinese apps. In such a situation, there is news that the Modi government has once again banned 54 more mobile apps.

Citing threats to the country's security, sovereignty, and integrity, India has implemented a new ban, in which it was decided to ban more Chinese apps. All these today have a database of Indian users in China and other countries. Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology said that these apps were transferring data of Indian users to foreign servers. Google's Play has been ordered to ban the apps. This new ban also includes the previously banned apps which reappeared as clones.

Let us tell you that in the first digital strike in 2020, the government had banned more than 250 apps, including big apps like TikTok, Shar it, WeChat, UC News, Piku Live, UC Browser, e Explorer, MI Community. While 5G mobile LE somehow set a new office on the back graph in India and broke ties with its Chinese partners. The father was not so lucky and is still banned in the country. Apart from this, after banning a total of 270 apps since 2020, this is the first lot of apps banned by the government in 2022.

These apps have been banned under the sections of the IT Act. According to the reports, the government has banned 54 apps including Web Booster, Liva, Video Editor, Beauty Camera equalizer, and free fire mobile game. If sources are to be believed, the government has also banned apps that were clones of previously banned apps. That is, these apps were renamed and launched back in India as well. Most of these were either working on suspicious software or they were sending their data directly to China without the knowledge of the users.

To ban such apps, the government has already ordered the ban of many apps. It is being told that an app named Music Arena is also missing from Play Store and Apple Store for the last two days. It is believed that it is still included in Ban Maps.

Due to this, the data of Indian users used to reach unprotected hands could threaten the security of India. Public order could also be threatened in India, on the basis of this information the Government of India had also banned more than 250 Chinese apps in 2020. Which is the security concern of India by the government.

It is worth noting that the current Modi government is very serious about the security of the country. In the year 2020 also, the government had decided to ban many famous Chinese apps including fake mobile light books. Although 5G mobile is still running in India under the name of DG Mi. So as we told you that after the action was taken by India against China, China has started a kind of cyberwar and India has responded by banning apps by doing digital spying against China. Which has become a threat to the security of the country.

Even before this, India had banned some 224 apps made in China. But according to reports, many of them were operating in India by changing the name, due to which the government has again taken this big action on Chinese apps. It is a kind of digital strike on Chinese apps. India imposed a ban on Chinese apps. India banned 54 more apps from China which became a threat to the security of the country.

Why Indian government has taken this strict decision many times?

First of all, in June 2020, the central government had banned 59 apps, after that the government had banned apps like UC Browser, Share it, WeChat. In June 2020, the government banned those apps. After this, the Indian government banned 118 apps in the same year around September 2020. In November 2020 too, the government had banned 43 Chinese apps. India has been already banned about 224 apps launched by China so far, but security agencies feared that these apps, which were banned in the country, are now operating under a different name.

According to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, many apps were sending data of Indian users to China and other countries. Which were not safe for the country. Only after this did the Indian government has taken a fresh decision and banned Chinese apps. The government has also ordered the removal of all the banned apps from the Googles Play Store.

Chinese apps that are suspected to be involved in espionage activities can transfer the data of Indian users to other countries and China also. This data can be transferred in its apps in China and also on the servers that are there, which can be misused by the Chinese government, that's why such apps are being banned continuously. Strict action is being taken against them continuously.

The government had raised questions about the data being collected through Iraq and their use and had also sought clarification from the companies running the apps in this regard, but the government was not satisfied with the answers of the companies, after that the decision has been taken to ban the apps. So just think about that, would it be right to use these apps, which have been become a threat to you and your country.
