Don't be surprised you will get this water at selected railway stations in India. There is no doubt, that today people are understanding the crisis of water all over the world. In such a situation, people are feeling a lack of water. Similarly, there are many inventions related to saving water.
From saving water to recycling water, ways are being considered, and now many machines are being prepared which are making water from the air. Under this, now you can take this experience at some special railway stations in India. As part of the campaign to save water in Indian Railways, this new service is being started by installing a special machine at six railway stations in the country.
This technology has been developed in India itself under Make in India and is used to remove water from the air. This technology has been developed by Maithri Aquatech. This new technique in India has also been recognized by the United Nations. Through this, railway passengers will get the facility of drinking water in all seasons.
Let us know what is how passengers will get to drink water with this technology that prevents wastage of water. Also at which stations it has been started? Before this, let us understand what is its mechanism, that is, how water is made from the air. These machines that make water from the air, make water through the moisture present in the air.
Making drinking water from the air:
Maithri Aquatech has developed such a mechanism in these machines through which water can be made from the humidity. It is then filtered to make it drinkable for people. Well, there is oxygen in the water. In these machines, there are 3 to 4 processes to make water, which first removes the moisture from the atmosphere and reaches the filter. Similarly, this kiosk named Meghdoot of Maithri Aquatech does not require a source of water.
Turning on this machine, water starts being generated through the air Within an hour. These new machines are also special because their maintenance is zero. Also, it is environmentally friendly too. Maithri Aquatech Private Limited, which manufactures this water in the Mumbai Division of Central Railway, has been given a contract to install 801 water generator kiosks named Meghdoot at 17 railway stations.
According to the information, a five-year license has been given for this machine.
At the same time, the company has paid an annual fee of ₹ 25,50,000 for this. That is, 1,50,000 rupees have been paid annually for one machine. According to the news, 17 kiosks are being installed at a total of six railway stations.
In Mumbai, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus i.e. CSMT is preparing to install kiosks in five such stations, five kiosks in Dadar, five kiosks in Kurla, four kiosks in Thane, one in kiosks Ghatkopar, and one kiosk in Vikhroli. After this, it will be started at other railway stations in the country as well.
According to the Maithri Aquatech, the machine can extract about 10,000 liters of water in a day to make it drinkable. This technology works in cities ranging from 18 to 45 degree Celsius temperature and 25 to 100% humidity. The passengers can fill their bottles and containers with water at a fixed cost through this machine. In this, ₹5 will be charged for 300 ml of water refill, ₹ 8 for 500 ml, and ₹ 12 for a liter.
Passengers can get the bottle to pay ₹7 for 300ml, ₹12 for 500ml, and ₹15 for a liter. So you have now seen that you can enjoy water made from the air at selected railway stations. If you liked the information given in this article of ours, then please don't forget to share it with your friends.
