Now Air India rules the aviation sector.

Air India, which is returning to the Tata group after 69 years, is about to change the picture of India's aviation sector. Tata Group is preparing to make the biggest aviation deal ever. The foundation stone of the Air India-Airbus Partnership was laid through a video conference on Tuesday regarding this deal.

In which everyone from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to French President Emmanuel Macron and former chairman of Tata Group Mr. Ratan Tata was involved. What was special in this video conference and how big is this deal, let's try to understand. According to the news, Air India will buy 250 aircraft from Airbus.

These include 40 wide-body A350 aircraft, while 210 narrow-body aircraft have been ordered. The deal with Airbus is part of a massive order by Air India for 470 aircraft, which also includes a deal for 220 aircraft from Boeing. During this, PM Narendra Modi also congratulated on this deal of aircraft between Air India and Airbus.

What did PM Narendra Modi say? "First of all, many congratulations and best wishes to Air India and Airbus for this historic agreement. I would especially like to thank my friend President Macron for attending the event. Deepening ties between India and France Also this deal is important. It also reflects the successes and aspirations of India's aviation sector.

Shortly, India is going to become the third-largest market in the world in the aviation sector. According to many estimates, India will need more than 2000 aircraft in the next 15 years. Today's historic announcement will go a long way in meeting this growing demand”.

PM Narendra Modi told that this is just the beginning. India will need 2000 more planes to meet the demand of the coming times. Let us tell you that this deal of Air India in Vision will prove to increase the stature of the company, while the facilities for the passengers will also be expanded. After this, Indian Airlines will become the third largest player in the domestic aviation sector in the world.

If we talk about Air India, 17 years ago i.e. in the year 2005, a fleet of new aircraft was included in Air India. Then the government bought 111 planes, out of which 68 were Boeing aircraft and 43 were Airbus aircraft. Then this deal was about $ 10.8 billion. Let us tell you that Tata Group was preparing for the deal for a long time.

The company expects that after the completion of the transaction, the company will be able to provide cheap tickets to domestic and international travelers along with a significant reduction in fuel expenses. As far as Airbus is concerned, let us tell you that Airbus is dominant in the Indian market. India's civil aviation market leader Indigo Airbus A320 is the world's largest customer.

By the way, winning such a big order of narrow-body aircraft in India is no less than a big win for BoeingThe same Air India deal with Boeing and Airbus is being called the Mother of All and Aviation deal. Let us tell you that Air India will be able to provide short whole destinations service of 4 to 5 hours with a narrow body plane.

With this, Air India will be able to give tough competition to IndiGo, which currently occupies more than 50% of the domestic market. The same wide-body aircraft will help Tata expand its footprint in North America, Europe, and Australia. Air India is likely to add about 50 aircraft by the end of the financial year 2024, which will increase its capacity by about 50 %.

TATA has increased the value of India in this sector : Historic Aviation Deal.

India's Tata Group is going to save America, Britain, and France on its own, didn't understand. Tata Group is about to do the world's biggest aviation deal to transform Air India. In this one deal, the strings of four big countries have been intertwined. What a big deal, how this deal will help boost the economy of America, Britain, and France. Let's try to understand today.

But first, start with big news and the news related to this issue that you must have heard that Air India has made a deal of 470 aircraft, but it is not so, but India has made a deal to buy 840 new aircraft, not 470, out of which 250 The planes will be taken from Airbus. 220 aircraft will be taken from Boeing and the purchase of 370 aircraft has been included separately in this deal as an option.

To understand how big this deal is, know the cost of a plane included in this deal. In this deal, the cost of a Mini Jumbo 777X aircraft of Boeing is around ₹ 3399 crores. Now you can guess from this what will be the total cost of 840 aircraft involved in this deal. If you are not able to calculate, then let us explain a little. This deal with Air India is worth about ₹8, 00,000 crores.

That is why it is being called a mega deal in which Airbus will have 210 A320 narrow-body aircraft. Each of these aircraft will cost around ₹916 crores. Apart from this, Airbus will have 40 A350 aircraft. These will be wide body planes. The cost of each aircraft in this will be around ₹ 2550 crores. Then comes Boeing, which will buy 220 aircraft, of which 190 will be 737 Max narrow-body aircraft.

Each of these aircraft will cost around 828 crores. 20 Dreamliner wide body aircraft of Boeing will also be purchased. In this, the cost of each aircraft is around ₹ 1978 crores. And 10 mini jumbo 777x Boeing Ultra Wide Body aircraft will be purchased, with which the cost of each aircraft is ₹ 3399 crores.

So you must have understood that this is the calculation of how many crores. This is the aircraft that will be bought from Airbus and Boeing. Apart from this, the accounts of 340 aircraft have been kept separately. Whatever is included in this deal is an option.

Now that the deal is so big, it is obvious that this news is good for America, Britain, France, and India because these all-powerful countries are members of G20. This G20 Summit is going to happen this year and India will be its host. That's why this deal is considered very important from the point of view of diplomacy.

Let us tell you that Boeing is an American company from which 220 aircraft will come. Airbus is related to France, from which 250 aircraft will be purchased and it also includes British companies Rolls-Royce and CFM International because the engines of the aircraft are made by these companies.

So obviously this deal will create a large number of employment opportunities in these countries. On this, US President Joe Biden has said that lakhs of jobs are going to be created due to the historic aviation deal with India. Along with this, India will also benefit a lot. If we understand in figures, then 10 lakh jobs will be created in 44 states of America.

The deal is also likely to create 3.60 lakh jobs in India. Experts say that 60,000 jobs are direct and 3 lakh jobs can be created indirectly. Something similar will be seen in France and Britain as well. Now this question must be coming to your mind why did Tata Group need to do such a big deal? The reason behind this is India's aviation market.

In fact, at present, India comes third in the air travel market after China and America and it is believed that by the year 2030, India will also come in first place in the world. That is, India is currently the fastest-growing aviation market in the world and it is obvious that Air India has returned to the Tata Group after almost 69 years.

Anyway, it is a big challenge to compete with companies like Indigo, SpiceJet, and Akasa, in which Indigo is already a leader in the domestic sector of India. At present, it is difficult for Air India to overtake Indigo in the next few years. But as soon as Air India gets delivery from Boeing and Airbus. The scope of Air India at the domestic level will also go on increasing.

Also, by increasing the number of aircraft, Air India can challenge Emirates and Qatar Airways on the international sky route. At present both these companies have maintained their huge hubs in Dubai and Doha from where they provide direct flights to Indians traveling to America and Europe.

Overall, this deal is going to be very beneficial not only for the Tata Group but also for the four countries. What do you think? Do tell in the comment on our site www.tradeipohub.co.in. Thanks for reading.
