The offer for sale is ₹ 35.70 crores will be taken from the shareholders and promoters of the company. Under the IPO of Global Surfaces, 15% is reserved for retail investors. The same 50% is reserved for qualified buyers while 15% is reserved for non-institutional investors.

 

The company said that it will invest the amount raised through the IPO in its company Global Surfaces FJDE to set up a manufacturing facility in Dubai. Also, the amount will be used for journal corporate works.

 

LabelKraft Technologies is a provider of barcode solutions. The company's IPO has also opened for subscription on March 13 and investors will be able to invest in it till March 15, 2023. The issue price for this is ₹55. Investors will have to bid for at least 2,000 shares. The LabelKraft Technologies will be listed on BSE SME. Explain, after the issue, the promoters' holding will be 73.1%. The company wants to raise ₹ 4.75 crore through IPO.

 

The next company is Bright outdoor media company limited. The company is in the business of providing advertisement media services. The company is open for IPO subscription on Tuesday, March 14, investors will be able to invest in it till March 17, 2023. For this, the issue price has been fixed at ₹ 146 per share. Investors have to buy at least 1000 shares. Its listing will be on NSE SME and it plans to raise ₹55.48 crore through this IPO.

 

Quality Foils Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Strips, Coils, and Stainless Steel Flexible Pipes. The issue of the company will open for subscription on Tuesday i.e. March 14, 2023, and will close on March 16, 2023. 

The issue price has been fixed at ₹60. It is necessary to apply for at least 2000 shares. Post issue, the promoters' holding will be 53.57%. The listing of this company will be on NSE SME. The company is planning to raise ₹ 4.30 crore through the IPO of Quality FOils. 

The next company is Nirman Agri Genetics Company, which is engaged in the business of production processing, and marketing of high-quality hybrid seeds, and pesticides. The IPO will open for subscription on March 15 and close on March 20, 2023. The issue price of the share has been fixed at ₹99.

 

Investors will have to buy at least 1200 shares and after the issue, the promoters' holding will be 65.59% in the company. The Nirman Agri Genetics company will also be listed on NSE SME. The size of the IPO is ₹ 20.30 crore.
