As soon as morning comes, people leave for the workplace with incomplete sleep, due to which in today's time people are not able to complete their sleep and they remain in bad condition throughout the day. 

Due to not being able to get full sleep, all kinds of diseases go home in their body. That is why today we are saying that the one, who sleeps, has achieved something or the other. If you have to complete your sleep, then your mind will also be used. There will be energy in the body. Many studies have proved this. 

Diseases will not attack soon. Immunity will be good. The eyes will get rest, which means that if you do not get enough sleep, you will lose a lot. Its dangers are many more. The risk of heart attack is also higher in people who get less sleep. This has also been proved by the study. Despite this, almost half of the population of India does not sleep.

According to an AIIMS report, 35 to 50% of people in India have sleep problems. Before you wonder if you will be able to sleep peacefully tonight. We tell you what is called good sleep? How many hours, for how long were you able to sleep without interruption and how deep was the sleep? Did you feel fresh when you woke up in the morning? Do you have energy for the day's work or not? 

All these factors together determine whether the quality of your sleep is good or bad. According to the AIIMS report, the eyes of half the population in India do not even get such good sleep. Why is this analysis on sleep important? You should also know this. Relaxing sleep improves focus and memory, and boosts immunity. 

It works to protect you from many diseases. If you are not able to get enough sleep, then staying like this for a long time can lead to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and the risk of heart attack to brain stroke. Irritability throughout the day also dominates the whole personality. There is no energy to work and there can be swelling in the body. 

According to an AIIMS report, people who get less than five hours of sleep have a 56% higher risk of heart attack than those who sleep for seven hours. On world sleep day, mattress company wakefit conducted such a survey between March 2022 - February 2023. Let us also tell you that its finding is very interesting. 

According to this research, 55% of India's population sleeps after 11:00 pm. 90% of people wake up once or twice during the night. That is, what is called continuous sleep does not come. In that 87% of people check their phone just before sleeping and their sleep gets spoiled. The age of 74% of the people who check their phone is between 25 and 34 years, that is, the youth is the most productive. 

At the same time, there is a habit of phone addiction to checking the phone and 38% of people get worried about their future before sleeping at night which spoils their sleep. You will be surprised to know that 40% of children under the age of 18 believe that they are victims of insomnia. 56% of people aged 25 to 34 feel that they do not sleep properly. 

54% of men and 59% of women in India go to sleep after 11:00 pm, which is a very large section then sleep after 11:00 pm. While it is said daily that you should sleep between 9 and 10:00 pm if your work allows it. 53% of women and 61% of men said that they feel fresh when they wake up in the morning. 

However, 56% of men and 67% of women feel sleepy during this. He falls asleep in the office. It is natural that if you do not sleep at night, then the pressure in the office will be visible on the body throughout the day. Compared to last year, this problem has increased by 21%. If you see year after year, the problems of sleeplessness are increasing.

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of America, the world is going through an epidemic of insufficient sleep. Now also know that India is in the second position in terms of taking sleep, but when the word epidemic is used, it worries. 

Sleeplessness is not a small disorder or problem, it has taken the form of a big epidemic. On average, an American gets about seven hours of sleep per day. While the people of Japan get the least sleep in the world at six hours 47 minutes, the people of Ireland get the most sleep and on average they sleep around eight hours 57 minutes.
